We STRONGLY recommend changing your ad every 3 months. The production charge is waived once on a 6-month contract, twice on a 9-month contract, and three times on a 12-month contract. Additional changes incur a $75 production charge.

An advertising agreement and insertion order must be filled out completely, signed, and delivered before an advertisement will go online. Display ads will not be reserved without a signed insertion order.

New advertisers are required to pay in advance. For advertisers with established accounts, we bill at the end of the month for banners served.

All advertising invoices must be paid net upon receipt of the invoice. okkidsguide.com reserves the right to hold the advertiser and its agency jointly and severally liable for all monies that are due and payable to okkidsguide.com.

Bills unpaid after the due date may be assessed a late fee of 5% per month up to a maximum of 20% late charges.

Cancellations or changes in advertising by the advertiser or its agency may take up to 3 days to implement. okkidsguide.com is under no obligation to revise advertising with less than a 3 day notice.

okkidsguide.com is not liable for any delays in the production or delivery of the publication or product due to any conditions beyond okkidsguide.com control.

The advertiser and its agency agree to indemnify and defend okkidsguide.com against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of okkidsguide.com printing, publishing or distributing such advertising (or another product) and/or arising from third parties access to advertiser's site and use of advertiser's products and services.

In no event shall okkidsguide.com be liable for any consequential, incidental or special damages, nor shall its liability for any act, error or omission, whether or not due to its negligence, exceed the price paid to okkidsguide.com for the publication or distribution of such materials.
